Where is my order?
You can track your order at any time through our Track My Order page.
Please keep in mind that orders require 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days for shipping.
As we ship fragile goods, each item is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared to ensure safe delivery. This additional care helps protect your order during transit.

Order Cancellation & Returns
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order.
A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
After 30 minutes, orders can no longer be cancelled until the item has been delivered.
Once you have received your order, you may return it within 30 days in accordance with our return policy.
